The aim of our department is to train information specialists who can compete in the rapidly changing digital world, keep up with and apply current technologies, possess all professional and communication skills, and are knowledgeable, competent, hardworking, productive, analytical thinkers, and capable of conducting research. The mission of the Information Systems and Technologies Department is to produce new knowledge and technologies that benefit society in the field of information through scientific research and innovation, with a focus on achieving excellence in education. We aim to equip our students with scientific and social ethical values, preparing them to be leading individuals in their professions.

Objectives
Our vision is to position our department as a regional and national leader in high-quality education and research activities in the field of information systems and technologies. In line with this vision, our objectives include using modern teaching methods and technologies to provide our students with the most up-to-date knowledge and skills, offering quality education through a knowledgeable, experienced, and dynamic academic staff, producing innovative solutions in the field of information systems and technologies through scientific research, actively participating in national and international research projects, developing collaborations, and creating and implementing projects to enhance the societal benefits of information technologies. Additionally, we aim to equip our students and graduates with competencies aligned with industry needs, support their career development through internships, practical training, and collaborative opportunities, and ensure our graduates take their place as leading individuals in the business world. In line with these objectives, the Information Systems and Technologies Department aims to equip our students with the knowledge and skills required by the era, ensuring their success in their professions.
