To enroll in the Department of Information Systems and Technologies at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of Muş Alparslan University, candidates must pass the examinations conducted by ÖSYM (Student Selection and Placement Center). A student studying in an equivalent program within or outside Turkey may apply for horizontal transfer if there are available slots provided by the university. Student admission is based on the evaluation of the academic performance of the applicants. International students who come under approved exchange programs and possess sufficient proficiency in the Turkish language can enroll in Turkish-language courses within the department.
