MAUN Software Festival was held
MAUN Software Festival, organised in cooperation with Muş Alparslan University (MAUN), GNÇ Campus and SUDO Mindset Technology, was held at 1071 Malazgirt Congress and Culture Centre with an intense participation.
The festival started with the opening speech of our Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Alican. In his speech, Prof. Dr. Alican emphasised the importance of technology, software and young entrepreneurship and stated that such events strengthen the pioneering vision of our university in the field of innovation.
Many fun games and activities were organised within the scope of the festival. Participants had pleasant moments by playing the game called Malazgirt Bird. In addition, the following speakers took part in the day-long events:
- Abdullah Zübeyr Yıldız: He discussed the developments in the software world and the ways for young people to enter the sector.
- Emre Memiş: He talked about the future of digitalisation and artificial intelligence applications.
- Tevfik Aydın: He made an informative presentation about the effects of technology on society.
At the event, participants showed great interest in prize draws and games.
- Who Wants to Win a Prize? game created great excitement among the participants.
- Speed and vocabulary knowledge were at the forefront in the fun competition called ‘My Word Speed’.
Another remarkable part of the festival was the introduction of Artificial Intelligence & GNÇ Campus Application. This application aims to offer students the opportunity to use software and technology more effectively.
The MAUN Software Festival ended with the award ceremony and the presentation of certificates of appreciation to those who contributed to the event.
